Ingredients:

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional for vegetarians)
  • For the dressing:
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions:
