- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegan butter, chilled
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (such as almond or soy milk)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375¡F (190¡C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well to coat the peaches evenly.
- Pour the melted vegan butter over the peach mixture and stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- To make the cobbler topping, in a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
