Vegan Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • 1/4 block of firm tofu, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons salsa

Directions

1 In a small bowl, mix together crumbled tofu, smoked paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, and onion powder.

2 Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the tofu mixture and cook until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

3 Heat the tortilla wrap in a pan or microwave until warm.

4 Lay the warm tortilla on a plate. Place cooked tofu, sliced avocado, baby spinach, and salsa on top.

5 Roll the wrap tightly and enjoy!
